We purchase in volume, negotiate low prices, which we are then able to pass onto our customers.Our equipment is CE certified, manufactured to a high specification, reliable and built to last. We are confident that you will be impressed with the quality of our juicers and blenders so much so that we are prepared to accept any item back within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied*.   Payment Goods will be shipped on receipt of cleared payment. Acceptable methods of payment are; cheque (made payable to Premier Trading UK Ltd), Credit/Debit Card, BACS, CHAPS or bankers draft. All goods remain the property of Premier Trading UK Ltd until paid for in full. Delivery - Equipment Goods will be delivered or made available for collection - by prior arrangement - within 7 working days from receipt of cleared payment unless otherwise agreed. For safety reasons heavy items over 30kg gross weight are despatched on pallets. These are "kerb side" deliveries. The courier will off load the pallet, it is then the responsibility of the recepient to take the goods into their premises. We must be informed if your premises are difficult to access so we can make appropriate arrangements. Goods must be checked on receipt and any damage sustained in transit - including damage to outer packaging - must be noted on the delivery drivers paper work. All damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Delivery - Frozen products Due to the perishable nature of frozen goods, once signed for they are deemed to be accepted by you. It is your responsibility to check the goods upon receipt. Any problems should be reported immediately to the driver and our office. We will not consider refunds on any claim made in excess of 24 hours after the delivery was effected. Returns* If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept equipment back within 7 days of delivery. Equipment is not sold on a trial basis, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the equipment purchased is suitable for their intended application. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances; Equipment must be returned unused, in the original packaging and fit for resale.The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any costs incurred by the seller in processing payments and refunds. PLEASE RETAIN ALL PACKAGING. Warranty All our equipment carries a 1 year parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated. If within the first 30 days after delivery a major fault or breakdown occurs we will pay for faulty goods to be returned to our premises (UK only). If goods returned during this period are found to be without faults, or if a fault is caused by damage, negligence, failure to follow operating instructions or misuse, you will be responsible for paying our collection and subsequent delivery costs before goods can be returned to you. If the fault is the result of, damage, negligence, failure to follow operating instructions or misuse, you will also be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement that you request. Misuse includes failing to take reasonable care of the product. After 30 days the customer is responsible for the cost of returning faulty goods. If a fault is found to have occurred due to accidental damage, misuse or expected wear and tear you will be informed of the cost of repair or replacement and return delivery. When payment is received, the goods will be returned to you. Please note that with some products Premier Trading UK Ltd does not deal directly with warranties or repairs and will pass your details onto, or ask you to contact the UK distributor that does. Repairs and replacements will be subject to that company's Terms and Conditions in such cases. However, the first point of contact should any problem arise is with us. In our experience 95% of all warranty issues can be dealt with over the telephone, and if necessary spare parts despatched by Mail. If a part under warranty needs replacing that part will be invoiced and prepaid by the customer. When the defective part is returned to us we will refund the payment for that part.
